FOOD GRADE SBR ( Styrene Butadiene Rubber)

SBR is a specially formulated food-grade polymer. This polymer is specifically designed for use in the manufacture of chewing and bubble gum. The most using polymer for making gumbase.
• Most cost-effective among commonly used solid polymers in gum production.
• Maintain gum volume and full-body feeling during chewing as styrene butadiene polymer swells during chewing and contact with saliva

ESTER GUM/ HYDROGENATED ESTER GUM

Ester Gum is a used as a stabilizer to keep oils in suspended in water. Hydrogenated Ester Gum can be used as a basic material for of chewing gum. It is a transparent solid with light yellow which is esterified with a special grade hydrogenated rosin.

Micro wax and Paraffin wax

1-Paraffin Waxes come from the de-waxing of paraffin distillates; Microcrystalline Waxes are derived from residium.
2-Paraffin Waxes have relatively large brittle crystals (Microcrystalline) and generally have little affinity for oil.
3-Microcrystalline Waxes have very minute crystals (Micro Crystals) and are flexible. They have a greater affinity for oil, which is held tightly in the crystal lattice and does not migrate to the surface.

Polyisobutyene food grade

Chewing Gums: Polyisobutylene can improve the gum quality,it can also make the gum more flexable and stable, mataining good hydrophobic property and film-forming property.
Food Hot-melt Adhesive: Polyisobutylene is blinded as a plasticizer of hot-melt adhesive for food, use thermoplastic rubber (TPR) and the like as the base.
Foodstuff Packaging Material: Poly-isobutylene can be mixed with various paraffin waxes and high molecular polymers to serve as the releasing agent of packaging films, for example, polymer of poly-isobutylene and paraffin wax can be used as the packaging films for cheese.
Medical Plaster: Polyisobutylene is now widely used in the field of medicine plaster. It has nice compatibility with both medicines ,because of its unique net structure long chain and macro molecule. sticking, and non-hair collecting etc.,Food grade poly-isobutylene has developed into a leading material for medicine plasters.
Make-up grade polyisobutylene: The structure of make-up grade polyisobutylene is close to the alkane hydroxy of sebum, therefore its skin compatibility is very good.Non-toxic, tasteless, high purity, not easy to oxidize and emulsifies, with all of these characteristics,it can form the water resistance membrane, so the moisturizer is strong. The main application scope is the skin care frost, the lipstick, the cosmetics.Non contain of the chlorine, the purity is high, luminous, the moisturizer is good, it can be used as the substitution of spiny dogfish alkane.

Emulsifiers ( Lecithin and Glycerol Monostrate – GMS)

Emulsifiers act as a mixing agent in incompatible substances. In gum they can also serve as an anti-sticking agent. Surface active lipids such as monodiglycerides, acetylated monoglycerides, diglycerides, triglycerides and lecithin are used when making gum base and chewing/bubble gum. The most common emulsifiers in gum applications are glycerol Monostearate and Lecithin.

Talc and Calcium carbonate

Talc is used in a multitude of industrial applications and food applications as well. Although all talc ores are soft, platy, water repellent and chemically inert, no two talcs are quite the same. Talc is used in gum base as a filler. Talc also is used as an anti-stick coating agent in finished chewing gum as well.
